Reservation & Payment Terms
  Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking.
  Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved digital payment platforms.
  Value Added Tax (VAT): All bookings are subject to an additional 12% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be reflected in your final price summary.

Security Deposit
  A security deposit equivalent to one (1) extra night will be charged prior to your actual arrival date.
  This is a precautionary measure in the event of self check-in or any incidental costs.
  The security deposit is fully refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages, policy violations, or unpaid balances.
