Welcome to Vladjao Hill Resort. By accessing our website, booking a stay, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or staying with us.

1. General Information

  These Terms apply to all guests, website users, and individuals booking or staying at the resort.

2. Booking and Payment
  All reservations must be confirmed with full payment.
  A refundable security deposit equivalent to one (1) additional night will be charged prior to arrival (for self check-in purposes).
  All rates are subject to 12% Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added to your final bill.
  Prices and availability are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

3. Check-In & Check-Out
  Check-in time: 12 am – 16 pm
  Check-out time: 6 am – 10 am
  Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

4. Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information.
In summary:
  Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in
  50% refund for cancellations 7–13 days before check-in
  No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:
  Treat the property and staff with respect
  Avoid damage, disturbance, or violation of resort rules
  Not engage in illegal activities on resort premises
  Supervise children and dependents at all times

Any damage or loss caused during the stay will be charged to the guest and may be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Resort Rights

Vladjao Hill Resort reserves the right to:
  Cancel or modify bookings due to unforeseen circumstances
  Refuse service or entry to any guest who violates these terms
  Enter rooms in case of emergency or maintenance

7. Use of Facilities
  Guests must follow posted rules for pool, stargazing area, tours, and all other amenities
  Use of facilities is at the guest’s own risk
  The resort is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur due to negligence or rule violations

8. Privacy and Cookies

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to understand how we collect and use your data.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, or other events beyond our control.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Vladjao Hill Resort is not liable for:
  Loss or theft of personal belongings
  Injury, illness, or accident during your stay
  Disruptions due to weather, local events, or third-party services

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for added protection.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
