Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding booking cancellations and refunds at Vladjao Hill Resort.


1. Standard Cancellation Terms
  Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund, excluding any processing fees.
  Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or in case of a no-show, are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Bookings
  Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked as non-refundable. These bookings cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Date Modifications
  Requests to modify dates are subject to availability.
  Changes made 14 days or more prior to arrival may be allowed without penalty.
  Requests made less than 14 days before check-in may incur additional charges or be declined.

4. Early Departures
  Guests who leave the resort early, for any reason, will not be entitled to a refund for unused nights.

5. Force Majeure
  In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with guests to offer a reschedule or credit, subject to availability and discretion.

6. Security Deposit Refund
  The security deposit (charged as 1 extra night prior to arrival) will be fully refunded within [insert time, e.g. 5-7 business days] after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of resort policies.
