2. Bookings & Payment
 • Reservations are confirmed only upon full payment of the accommodation fee.
 • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and verified digital wallets.
 • A 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied to the booking total.
 • A refundable security deposit equal to one (1) additional night is charged in advance to cover incidental costs or in the event of self check-in. This deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to inspection.
